What payment options do you accept

We are accepting credit and debit card payments via Stripe (a card processing facility) and PayPal. 

 

 

Can I make changes to my order  

Orders are not cancellable or amendable. Please be sure to check your orders before submitting. However if there are errors to your shipping details please get in touch immediately. If orders need to be cancelled please note there will be a small charge of 5% charge on the value of the order.  

 

 

What are your UK shipping charges  

£3.50 flat rate. Every order sent will come with a proof of postage or tracking. We ship via Royal Mail and/or a trackable courier service.

How long does it take for my order to get to me

Typical processing duration for each order is 1-3 working days. Shipping will take 2-3 working days. Please allow a total of 2-5 working days for your order to reach you. Do drop us an email via the contact page should you need further clarifications 

 

We can combine orders and excess shipping paid on the subsequent order(s) after £1 will be refunded. Please be sure to email us if you like us to hold any orders for shipping combinations. 

 

What happens there's a problem with my order after receipt 

Please drop us an email immediately within 2 weeks of order date. if the problem involves a broken/damaged bottle, please be sure to prepare photographic proof to support your claims. We will either refund or replace the item, we reserve the right to select either one of the option. 

 

Do you accept returns? 

No due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns. However if there is an issue with any products we can make an exception. Orders returned as an unclaimed parcel from the postal service will be charged a 5% restocking fee and the original shipping paid by us will not be refunded.  

 

Do you have a physical store 

No just a web store.
